An innovative, women-centered health practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a growing care team in Allen, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking model that blends tech-enabled care, multidisciplinary support, and clinical excellence—with a strong commitment to work-life balance and meaningful patient relationships.

This full-scope role includes outpatient OB/GYN care, surgical procedures, and participation in a thoughtfully structured call model. What to Expect:

  • 2.5 days in clinic + 1 surgery day per week

  • 1:4 call rotation providing backup to CNM hospitalists, with PRN pool coverage for time off

  • Outpatient clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus

  • A collaborative culture centered around quality care, shared decision-making, and provider support

  • Integrated tech platforms to streamline your workflow and enhance patient outcomes

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN

  • A passion for team-based care and collaborative practice models

  • Active DEA license and state licensure at the time of start

  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

Benefits Include:

  • Competitive compensation

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with HSA/FSA options

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid time off and parental leave

  • CME allowance and paid licensing renewals (including DEA)

  • Professional liability coverage

  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities, if desired

About the Practice Culture:
This team is driven by values like transparency, empathy, and shared growth. You’ll join a high-functioning group that embraces continuous improvement, values autonomy, and supports one another both personally and professionally.

If you're looking for a practice where you can make a difference, grow your skills, and still have time to enjoy life outside of work—this opportunity in Allen may be the perfect fit.
