Position Overview

An exciting opportunity awaits OB/GYN physicians to join a brand-new hospitalist program launching in Fall 2025. This five-physician team will play a vital role in enhancing women’s healthcare services at a well-respected facility. Responsibilities will include labor and delivery management, in-house support for general OB/GYN needs, and coverage for unassigned OB/GYN patients. This position offers the chance to practice in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with an emphasis on flexibility and balance.

Position Highlights

· 24-hour in-house shifts with both full-time (5–8 shifts/month) and part-time (3–4 shifts/month) options

· No off-shift responsibilities

· Brand-new program with opportunities to shape care delivery from the ground up

· Strong collaboration with anesthesiology and neonatology teams (Level III NICU)

· Back-up provided by community OB/GYNs

· Access to educational resources, CME, drills, and simulations
