This assignment offers a well-balanced mix of clinic and inpatient call with excellent compensation and an ongoing monthly schedule through the end of 2025. This is a high-demand, full-scope OB/GYN role requiring recent surgical experience and comfort with both obstetric and gynecologic procedures.

🗓️ Schedule Needs (7a–7a, 24-hour shifts):

🏥 Job Details:

• Location: Dodge City, KS

• Setting: Clinic + Inpatient Call

• Clinic: 3.5 days/week seeing new OBs, established OBs, GYN consults
  

• Patient Volume: Clinic ~18/day | Inpatient ~2–4/day
  

• NICU: Level I

• Support Team: CRNAs, Lab Techs, RNs, MAs, LPNs

• EMR: Epic
  

🛠️ Required Procedures & Experience (Within Last 24 Months):

• 50 Deliveries (min)

• 5+ C-Sections

• 5+ Hysterectomies

• General OB care, emergency GYN, surgical consults

✈️ Travel & Lodging:

• Airfare + Lodging + Mileage reimbursed per policy

• Hotel must be within 15 minutes of the hospital

• Travel exceptions must be noted in advance

📋 Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (0–5 yrs post-residency)

• Active KS License – Highly Preferred

• BLS & DEA
  

• Procedure Logs

• EMR Training Compliance (Epic)
