Locum – OB/GYN Physician | 24-Hour Call | Fort Morgan, CO

Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN physician to provide locum call coverage at a well-respected facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This is a hospital-only, 24-hour call opportunity with the potential for ongoing shifts as schedules are finalized. Preference is given to local providers due to occasional single-day coverage needs.

Position Details:

• Dates Needed: June and ongoing.

• Future Needs: Additional dates TBD as schedules are confirmed

• Call Coverage: 24-hour in-house (no partial shifts)

• Setting: Hospital (non-trauma, not trauma-rated)

• Location: Fort Morgan

• EMR: EPIC

• Support: RN on-site

• Procedures: General OB/GYN

• Patient Population: Primarily adult and adolescent; census varies depending on deliveries

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN – Required

• Active Colorado License or IMLC (LOQ in hand) – Required

• BLS & DEA (including transferred DEA if needed) – Required

• Available for Full June and ongoing Stint (No Partials) – Required

• Understands & Will Complete EMR Training Requirements – Required

• Clean Medical/Professional History Strongly Preferred

Travel & Lodging:

• Preferred Hotels: Fairfield Inn or Hampton Inn, Fort Morgan (Corporate rate required)

• Air Travel: Permitted, though local candidates are preferred
  

Credentialing:

• Standard: 60 days

• Temps Possible: 30 days or less with clean file

• Self-inquiry NPDB required to initiate pre-app

• Emergency Privileges: Yes (clean file)
