OBGYN Opening in Virginia Located in Norton, VA - Kingsport 45m; Abingdon 50m Seeking quality Obstetricians-Gynecologists to join a longstanding OB program. * OB Program supported by Hospitalists, 2 Family Nurse Practitioners, a Community Health Worker, a Breastfeeding Consultant and other office staff * 1:4 Call * Care is provided for low and high-risk patients, including bariatric patients. * Outpatient office is conveniently located on campus next to the Family Birthing Center. * Office is equipped with 2 Ultrasound Techs 5 days per week, a Community Health worker and Breastfeeding Consultant that covers the outpatient office and L&D unit along with a 2:1 Nurse Provider ratio and full clerical staff. * Multiple pediatricians and an NP on staff Seven LDRP's and 14 bassinets and available couplet care Maternal Fetal Medicine services embedded in office via telemedicine * Access to NICU for high-risk deliveries * High risk patients are co-managed by Maternal Fetal Medicine via telemedicine or in office visits including deliveries when possible before NICU transport. * Anesthesiology services available 24/7 with one of the four CRNA's or Anesthesiologists. * Behavioral Health Services available to your patients via telemedicine. * System-operated flight service and readily available NICU transport team is minutes away * Teaching hospital with Family and Internal Medicine Residents Compensation & Benefits * Guaranteed Base Salary * Productivity Bonus * Performance Bonus * Signing Bonus * Moving allowance * Full Benefits Health/Dental/Vision * 403B Retirement (or 401K if applicable)
