Job description
Join a respected team of five OBGYNs just outside Bozeman, Montana, seeking a BE/BC physician to expand their thriving practice.
This role combines clinical autonomy, collaborative support, and access to Montana's unparalleled outdoors—offering the chance to provide patient-centered care while enjoying a fulfilling, balanced lifestyle.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $380,000 Base Salary Potential.
• $100,000 in student loan repayment assistance.
• $45,000 sign-on and relocation package.
• Comprehensive Benefits: medical, dental, vision, malpractice, CME allowance, PTO, 401(k), and more.
Other Highlights:
• Traditional Schedule: With schedule flexibility
• Manageable Volumes: 8-15 patients/day + dedicated OR block time.
Living in Southwest Montana:
• Wake up to sunrises over rugged peaks, where crisp mountain air meets wide-open skies. With four distinct seasons and 225+ days of sunshine, this community offers immediate access to hiking, skiing, fishing, and biking—plus nearly 4 million acres of public land to explore—all without the crowds of more famous mountain towns.
• The cost of living is about 20% below the national average, with median home prices around $275K and rents averaging just $810/month, making it far more affordable than other Montana hotspots like Bozeman or Whitefish.
• Friendly neighborhoods, walkable streets, and a community-focused culture make this mountain region feel like home from day one, blending outdoor adventure with everyday convenience.
