OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) – Full-Time
Location: Grand Ronde, Oregon
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join a supportive and growing team at a Critical Access Hospital in Oregon. You'll work alongside 2 experienced physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, providing high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a balanced schedule and the opportunity to be part of an exciting facility expansion.

Hospital Information:

  • Designated Critical Access Hospital

  • Current OR Suite: 3 operating rooms + cystoscopy room + endoscopy suite

  • New hospital facility opened December 2024 with 5 ORs and 2 endoscopy suites

  • Annual Deliveries: Approximately 325–350

  • Nursery Level: Level I (Well newborns only; >36 weeks)

  • C-section Rate: 22.1% (Primary 9%)

  • Certified lactation consultant services available in the Family Birthing Center

Clinic Information:

  • Exam Rooms: 11

  • Procedure Rooms: 1

  • Non-Stress Testing Room: 1

  • Ultrasound Machines: 2

  • Daily Patient Volume: 15–24 patients

  • Support Staff Ratio: 1:1 clinical support

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week

  • Call Ratio: 1:3

  • EMR System: EPIC

  • Licensure Requirements: Oregon State Medical License, DEA

  • Certifications Required: ACLS, NRP; Board Certification preferred
