Exciting Opportunity for a Gynecology Oncology Physician in Colorado Springs, CO!

The practice benefits from a large referral base from numerous primary care and OB/GYN clinics across the region. The facility features a Level I trauma center with advanced surgical technology and comprehensive support services, allowing you to focus on what you do best—treating patients. Become part of a team dedicated to innovation and exemplary healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care in a well-established, high-volume gynecology oncology practice.
  • Participate actively in research trials and offer clinical trials to patients.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated nursing team, including a Nurse Navigator and specialized pathologists.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology such as the da Vinci XI surgical system.
  • Manage outpatient services and shared call schedule with minimal hospital admissions.
  • Support patients with comprehensive ancillary services, including rehab therapy and nutritional counseling.
  • Treat adult patients and attend to an average of 15-22 patients daily.
  • Engage with University of Colorado School of Medicine affiliated tumor boards and teaching opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology.
  • Fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology, with completion prior to start date.
  • Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Clean malpractice history preferred.
  • DEA license required prior to starting.

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Colorado Medical License (active or in process).
  • Board Certification in Gynecology Oncology (or eligible).
  • Fellowship Completion in Gynecological Oncology.
  • DEA registration prior to the start date.
