- Location: Northeast Nevada
- Daily Census: 3-4 patients/day
- Coverage:
- Physician:
- 3 to 4 days per week
- 7:30a to 4:30p
- Support: 1 RN, 1 APP, 1 MA
- Physician:
- Call: N/A
- EMR System: MEDHOST
- Certification: BC/BE ABOG
- License: Active Nevada upon presentation; IMLC
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
