Job description
Location: Lancaster County, PA
Duration: Immediate need until August 2025, with the possibility of extension
Qualifications:
• PALS certification required
• Must hold a valid license in Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
• Perform C-Sections and GYN procedures and surgeries.
Patient Load:
• Approximately 20 deliveries per month.
• Office schedule includes about 20 patients per day.
Shift Details:
• Call Schedule: 24-hour call coverage required.
• Clinic Hours: Call coverage is primarily between 8 AM and 4 PM, with some patients scheduled in the office during this time, as the locations are within the same building at the birthing center.
Call Shift Preferences:
• In-house call is preferred, particularly when a midwife may not be scheduled with the provider. Further clarification can be provided by the physician during the screening process, if necessary.
