Position Details:

Join a busy, well-established practice with instant patient volume.

Work alongside four OB/GYNs and one ARNP.

Call Schedule: Approximately five days of call per month.

Newly remodeled clinic on the main campus—close to Labor & Delivery, Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology.

Access to Perinatology consultation.

Operating Room block time available five days a week, including Robotic Surgery access.

Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses.

On-site specialist support including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Anesthesiology, and more.

Not open to J1 visa candidates.

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) in OB/GYN - REQUIRED

Iowa license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

Clean malpractice and license history - REQUIRED
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $375,000
-
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $200,000
-
PTO: 34–40 days

Annual CME Allowance: $5,500
