Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) needed in Allentown, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($279,189 - $392,846.96/year)
  • Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
• Retention Bonus - $20,000 (after 4 years of full-time employment)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
  • 36 patient hours
  • 4 administrative hours
• Average 16-18 patients per day
• Option to deliver babies and perform standard surgical procedures if desired
  • L&D on-call coverage built into schedule
• Occasional weekend rounding in mother-baby unit
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, family planning, and routine check-ups
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan

Requirements

• Clear and active Physician license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • MD/DO
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
  • OBGYN
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in obstetrics
