Join a thriving, physician-owned OB-GYN practice in Phoenix, Arizona! We are seeking a dedicated OBGYN Generalist to become part of our large physician owned group, offering comprehensive women's healthcare with full support staff and infrastructure.

Large Supportive Practice Setting

Physician Lead Patient Care Approach

APP, RN and CMA Support Staff

4 Call Shifts Per Month with Post-Call Day Off

Dedicated Surgery Day: 1 per Week

Clinic Days: 3-4 per Week
Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $275K - $350K
- Bonus on Collections in Year 2: $50K - $60K
- Partnership Earnings: Up to $700K with EBITDA sharing
- Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Stipend (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

Conduct gynecological examinations, screenings, and diagnostic testing

Provide prenatal care and manage labor & delivery

Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections

Conduct GYN procedures, including:

Colposcopy

Hysterectomy

Endometrial Biopsy

Minimally Invasive Surgeries
