Mercy Health is seeking a mission-driven OB/GYN Laborist to provide high-quality obstetric care at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. The role involves caring for laboring patients, mentoring OB/GYN residents, and working in a collaborative, team-based environment within a Level 4 Labor & Delivery unit.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with deliveries for patients without an established OB provider.
Supervise and mentor OB resident physicians.
Work in a team-based model alongside OB physicians, a midwifery group, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists.
Engage in teaching and clinical oversight of resident education.
Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and support teams.
Qualifications
