Job description
UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a talented and dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our well-established and collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN care in a supportive environment, alongside two experienced physicians, three midwives, and three advanced practice providers.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: 4 clinic days per week, plus 0.5–1 day dedicated to surgery.
- Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation, with midwives covering most first calls during the week and shared weekend coverage.
- Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN care, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive procedures.
- Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $405K plus RVU productivity incentive bonus.
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
- Quality Bonus: Additional earning potential for meeting quality benchmarks.
- Loan Forgiveness: Negotiable to meet your needs.
- Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to ease your transition.
- CME and Licensing Allowance: $3,000 for CME, plus $2,000 for licensure.
