Overview:
Join a thriving private practice with three board-certified OB/GYNs, established for 21 years and poised for growth. The practice serves a middle-class patient base with a mix of OB (60%) and GYN (40%) cases.

Details:

• Work Schedule:

  • 4.5-day workweek, with a ½ day off.
  • Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM; Fridays close at 12 PM.

• Caseload:

  • 10-12 deliveries/month.
  • 2-3 major surgeries/month, plus several minor procedures.
  • Call: 1:3 to 1:4 days and weekends.

• Facilities:

  • Two offices:
    • Primary Office: Fully equipped with 6 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, ultrasound (3D/4D), and a basic in-house lab.
    • Satellite Office: Smaller but similarly equipped.
  • Deliveries at a local hospital with a Level III NICU and all specialists on staff.
  • Access to Da Vinci Robots for GYN cases at two hospitals.

Patient Mix:

• 40% Commercial, 15% Self-Pay, and 45% OB Medicaid.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Year 1: Base salary starting at $210,000 with a production incentive.
• Year 2: Base guarantee with 50% of net receipts after expenses.
• Full benefits package including health insurance, malpractice coverage, license fees, and CME.
• 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of CME annually.
