Position Overview:
Join a thriving private practice with three board-certified physicians and a skilled Nurse Practitioner, serving a loyal and growing patient base.

Details:

• Schedule: 5-day workweek; Office hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Case Mix: 60% GYN, 40% OB; 20-25 monthly deliveries among three physicians.
• Procedures: In-office services include Hysteroscopy, Cryo, Colposcopy, Menopause care, Fibroids, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Infertility workups, Endometrial Ablations, Urinary Incontinence treatments, and Aesthetic procedures.
• Call Schedule: 1 weekday call per week and 1:10 weekends. No office hours on call day, and ½ day off post-weekend call.

Locations:

• Two office locations:
  • Primary Office: Miami, near a hospital with a Level III Nursery.
  • Secondary Office: Florida Keys, with physicians working there once per month.
• Offices equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including 3D ultrasound machines.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $230,000 - $240,000 first year, with $20,000 annual increases.
• Incentives: Annual production bonus potential of $20,000–$30,000.
