Overview

Exciting locum opportunity for a Board Certified / Eligible OBGYN to provide both clinic and inpatient call coverage in Kansas. Join a high-volume practice and collaborate with a strong team of physicians, midwives, CRNAs, and nursing staff.

Schedule & Coverage

• 24-hour shifts (7a–7a) – Clinic + Inpatient Call

• Duration: Minimum 7 days/month

• Current Open Dates (Privileged Providers Only):

  • Aug 26–28, Sept 2–3, Sept 8–14

• Current Open Dates (New Candidates + Privileged Providers):

  • Dec 21–27, Jan 26–27, Feb 21–Mar 1, Mar 28–31, Apr 1–30, May 1–31, June 1–30

• SCD Open Dates: Feb 22–28, Mar 15–22, Mar 30–31, Apr 15–30, May 15–31, June 15–30

• Ongoing dates begin Apr 2026
  
  

Practice Highlights

• Clinic work: new & established OB, new GYN, surgical consults

• Surgical blocks 2x per week – Non-emergent surgeries

• High OB volumes: 1 OBGYN, 1 CNM, 1 FM OB

• Required Procedures:

  • ≥5 C-sections (past 24 months)

  • ≥5 Hysterectomies (past 24 months)

  • ≥50 Deliveries (past 24 months)

• EMR: EPIC

• Support: RN, MA, LPN/LVN, Lab & X-ray Techs

• Work alongside CRNAs and Midwives
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified OBGYN (or BE within 5 years of residency) – Required

• KS License – Highly Preferred

• BLS & DEA – Required

• Procedure Logs – REQUIRED by bid due date

• Must be willing to cover both clinic + call (no clinic-only providers)

• Clean malpractice/background – Highly Preferred
