Private practice OB-GYN in Dallas, TX area seeking Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to assess, diagnose and treat the health care needs of women from menarche through menopause, including pregnancy. Provide preventive care such as well-woman exams, breast cancer screenings, Pap tests. Contraceptive care, including IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon insertion/removal and prescribing of oral contraceptives. Non-routine gynecological care including endometrial biopsy and other diagnostic testing.
Provide Women's Health care services to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and prescribing medications. Perform patient assessments, including taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals. Manage acute and chronic conditions, including monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Women's Health. Strong patient assessment skills, including the ability to identify signs and symptoms of various medical conditions. APRN-CNP (Required). Monday to Friday. No weekends. Competitive Salary.
