This independent hospital seeks an OB/GYN to join a collaborative, well-supported team. Providers benefit from experienced staff, strong administrative backing, and the flexibility to shape their practice within an environment that values physician input.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary range: $400,000 - $450,000.
• First year compensation: $550,000, with an ongoing guaranteed base of $400,000+ plus production incentives.
• $250,000 retention bonus or student loan repayment.

• Flexible four day workweek and 8 weeks of PTO.
