The opportunity:
• Autonomy to build your practice your way, with ample time to establish meaningful patient relationships
• Balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology with a strong population of younger, diverse families
• 4-day work week and 6+ weeks of PTO provide outstanding work/life balance
• Newly renovated facility featuring two brand-new birthing suites, updated postpartum rooms, and a Da Vinci Xi for minimally invasive surgery
• Part-time employment option available
Compensation Details:
• Base Salary Range: $400,000 - $450,000.
• $550,000+ in year one, followed by a guaranteed base of $400,000+ plus production and retention bonuses
• Up to $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment
• Executive level benefits include health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and more.
