-- Kentucky Medical License
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years
-- Blocks of coverage
-- Hospital patients per day 1-4
-- Clinic patients per day 10-15
-- 240 deliveries annually
-- Mostly assigned but some unassigned patients as well
-- EMR: Meditech
