OBGYN Permanent Position - Altus, OK 2 hours to Oklahoma City, OK We are currently seeking a full-time OBGYN in Altus, OK, to join our dedicated team. This role offers a well-balanced work schedule, with a 4 1/2 day work week to allow for charting, and a call coverage ratio of 1:4 for OB when fully staffed. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 1/2 days per week Call Coverage: 1:4 OB only when fully staffed Patient Panel: 14-17 GYN days, 17-27 OB days Compensation: Fixed Salary up to $375,000 plus a $25,000 commencement bonus Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible Additional Benefits: Malpractice insurance CME reimbursement PTO accrual 8 days CME PTO annually Access to a free Starbucks kiosk in our physician lounge Participation in comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans, including a unique 401(a) matching program Altus is a vibrant community in the southwest corner of Oklahoma, home to over 20,000 residents, plus those at the Altus Air Force Base.
