OBGYN opening in Indiana - Near Chicago In multiple locations: -Lake Station, IN. -Hammond, IN. -Merrillville, IN. Highlights -J1 visa eligible -Salary: $330,000-$350,000 -Sign on bonus available -Vacation: 160 hours -Personal time: 40 hours -CME: 40 hours, allowance of $2500, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance that is 1.5x the providers salary, short-term and long-term disability, a 401k plan that group matches up to 4%, FTCA malpractice insurance. We are a very rapidly growing FQHC in Northwest Indiana. We pride ourselves on being a flexible place of employment with emphasis on work/life balance. We have schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, some longer days, some shorter, whatever works best for the provider, within reason. Being that we are a FQHC, we also can offer the HRSA loan repayment option for providers.
