Help shape the future of women's health in Texas Hill Country, just outside San Antonio. This thriving, independent hospital team is dedicated to compassionate, high-quality healthcare and is seeking like-minded providers to join them as they continue to grow.
The Opportunity
• Join a collaborative multi-specialty team including Family Medicine, FMOB, ObGyn, and subspecialists serving 5 counties and 45,000+ residents.
• High-volume obstetrics: 40-50 deliveries per month, ~20% C-sections.
• 4-day workweek option, split between clinic and OR.
• Choose a heavier GYN focus with OB call, or a balanced 50/50 practice.
• Brand-new L&D rooms, a separate large women's unit, a dedicated OB OR suite, and a women's imaging center with advanced technology.
• New medical office building opening in 2026 to expand services.
• Competitive compensation: $400,000 guaranteed base plus wRVU and quality incentives.
• Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, 6 weeks PTO, $5k CME, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits.
• Retirement options include 403b match, 457b eligibility, and 401A.
• Eligible for government loan repayment programs.
