OB/GYN Physician Opportunity - Decatur, IL
$439K Base + Production | Flexible Schedules
A growing, patient-focused OB/GYN program in Decatur, Illinois is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding practice while making a meaningful impact in a welcoming Midwestern community.
Position Highlights
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic procedures
- Support from experienced APPs and dedicated administrative staff
- Opportunity to participate in future residency program development
- Teaching opportunities available but not required
Schedule
- Flexible 5-day workweek
- 1:7 call rotation

Compensation & Benefits
- $439,000 base salary + productivity incentives
