Compensation:
Comp will be between MGMA median 75th percentile with quarterly bonus potential to take candidates beyond that
Base guaranteed for 12-18 months
10 days call per month + additional call pay for any days above 10 he/she wants to take
$30K+ sign-on/commencement bonus

$5K CME + 5 days annually
