Perm - OB/GYN: Obstetrics and Gynecology - MD/DO

Job Title: Permanent OB/GYN Physician in Silvis, IL

Join a well-established practice in Silvis, Illinois, as a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN. This position involves providing both inpatient and outpatient services in a state-of-the-art facility with a commitment to community care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care covering both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Conduct required procedures including:
  - Fetal monitoring
  - Low-Risk and Complicated Deliveries (including C-Sections and VBACs)
  - Office/Minor Gynecology procedures (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, etc.)
  - Operative/Major procedures (Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, etc.)
• Work in a state-of-the-art birthing center featuring:
  - 16 LDRP rooms
  - Level II Nursery
  - Dedicated surgical suite
• Collaborate with seasoned RNs and support staff in both the clinic and hospital settings.
• Participate in the partnership with a local FQHC to provide safety net care to women in the community.
• Flexibility in on-call options to be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency; Board Certified within 1 year of employment) in OB/GYN - [REQUIRED]
• Illinois medical license (or willingness to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
• Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) - [REQUIRED]
• Experience in condition-specific procedures such as fetal monitoring, deliveries, and OB ultrasounds - [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice history - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Illinois medical license (or plans to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
• Board certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN - [REQUIRED]
