Perm - OB/GYN: Obstetrics and Gynecology - MD/DO

Job Title: Permanent OB/GYN Physician

Location: Silvis, Illinois - a medically underserved community with a growing population.

Join an established practice dedicated to providing comprehensive women's health care. This position includes both inpatient and outpatient services in a modern facility featuring a state-of-the-art birthing center with 16 LDRP rooms and a Level II nursery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cover both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Perform required procedures including:
  • Fetal monitoring and interpretation of FHR–NST/CST/FSE.
  • Conduct OB ultrasounds and deliveries, including routine and complicated deliveries.
  • Manage office and minor gynecology procedures such as IUD placement and LEEP.
  • Oversee major operative procedures including ectopic pregnancies and cystectomies.
• Work collaboratively with a team of seasoned RNs and support staff.
• Participate in community outreach as part of partnership with local FQHC.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 5 years of residency).
• Experience with required procedures listed above.
• Clean malpractice history preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Illinois medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
