Join Our Team as a Full-Time OB/GYN in Clinton, IA!

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN provider to join a bustling practice located in the heart of Clinton, Iowa. The facility offers a collaborative environment and is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing practice with a team that values patient care and community health.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the FM/OB group.
  • Work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with shared call.
  • Manage responsibilities including clinic, OR, and OB call.
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotations (1:4 ratio).
  • Cover inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic duties while traveling to various locations.
  • Support the facility's aim to grow its service line.
  • Documentation using Cerner for inpatient and eClinicalWorks for outpatient.
  • Provide care for a varying number of patients per day.
  • Start date preference for providers who can begin ASAP.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
  • IA medical license or willing to obtain.
  • Current NRP and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications (or willing to obtain prior to start).
  • Clean malpractice history (cannot accept those with current malpractice cases or supervision requirements).
  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).
  • Preference for candidates available to start ASAP.

Licensing and Certification Requirements:

  • Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in OB/GYN - [REQUIRED]
  • Iowa license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
  • NRP and AWOHN Fetal Monitoring certifications - [REQUIRED]
  • Clean malpractice history - [PREFERRED]
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED]
