OBGYN Locums Physician in Georgia - PRN Call Shifts
Inpatient-only OBGYN call coverage in Georgia near Atlanta with no clinic or elective surgeries required.
Highlights:
- PRN shifts available through summer
- 24 hour call or 12 hour shift options
- No clinic required; inpatient only
- Thursdays are high priority for coverage
Practice Setting:
- 55 bed community hospital
- 60 to 70 deliveries per month
- Support from 4 OBGYNs, nurses, and anesthesiologists
- Epic EMR used throughout the facility
Schedule:
- 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am
- Mix of weekday and weekend PRN options
- Hotel provided for overnight call
- Ongoing need for flexible physicians
Cases and Procedures:
- Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and IUDs
- OB triage and inpatient GYN consults
- Manage labor, deliveries, and emergencies
- No elective surgeries or clinic duties
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- Georgia license, BLS, DEA, and PALS required
- Must be open to some Thursday availability

- Ideal for drive-in candidates near Atlanta metro
