Program Highlights:
- High-acuity OB environment
- Close collaboration with OB, MFM, NICU, and specialty teams
- Strong nursing and hospital leadership support
- Focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care
Position Highlights
- OBHG Hospitalists serve as in-house clinical experts with no outpatient responsibilities.
- Schedule: 5–7 (up to 8) 24-hour shifts per month
- Time Off: 20+ days off monthly
- No call, no clinic, no administrative duties
- Guaranteed shifts with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities
- Provide OB triage and emergency care
- Manage labor and deliveries
- Evaluate and treat unassigned and high-risk patients
- Provide ED consultations and surgical assists
- Support community obstetricians
- Collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams
