- Location: Northwest Indiana
- Work Dates Needed: Oct - Dec 31 2024
- Preferred Schedule: 1 week at a time coverage 24/7 Monday at 7am until the following Monday at 7am; call only
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient Only; no clinic
- Scope of Work:
- Weekday deliveries -- assigned OB may deliver ER call for OB and Gyne-- patients brought to L & D
- Procedures: Basic Ob/Gyn
- Support Staff: each provider has 1 RN, 1 MA -- office only
- Approx 10 deliveries per week
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license or IMLC LOQ; BC OBG; active IN DEA
- EMR: Epic
