Obstetrics and Gynecologist Needed in New York, Minutes from Albany | Robot Mentoring | OR Time | Employed | 1:6 Call
Position:
- Hospital serving 80,000 community looking to add an OBGYN
- Da Vinci Xi available if desired, with an Intuitive Trainer on staff for mentoring
- Hospital averages 400+ deliveries annually, c-section rate under 18%, Level 1 Nursery, no NICU
- Join 2 other MDs, 2 midwives, and 2 MDs who take call only, plus 30+ primary care providers referring patients
- Hospital has accommodations across the street and sleep rooms for call
- Flexible OR days (1-2.5), clinic schedule 2-2.5 days per week, 1:6 weekday and weekend call
- Medical office attached to the hospital with 12 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and easy OR access
- 6 weeks PTO, $4k CE allowance, paid malpractice, benefits, and 403b with match
- Potential to earn $400,000-$500,000 annually with base salary, wRVU bonus, and patient satisfaction bonus
