Opportunity Overview

A leading healthcare system in central Iowa is seeking an OB Hospitalist to join its established maternity care team and provide dedicated coverage within the OB Emergency Department (OBED). This position offers the opportunity to practice in a high-volume, well-resourced environment with strong clinical support and advanced technology.

Practice Environment

• Level II Trauma Center with approximately 3,000 deliveries annually
• 44-bed Level III NICU and 8-bed OB Emergency Department
• 15 fully equipped labor and delivery suites
• Advanced technology including DaVinci XI robotic system, JADA device, and other state-of-the-art equipment
• Opportunity for an adjunct faculty appointment with a Family Medicine Residency program

• Guaranteed base salary
• $150,000 sign-on bonus
