Montana[WE CAN LICENSE]:

• Location: Northeast Montana
• Schedule: mainly 24-hour call coverage w/ occasional time in the office
• Setting: Clinic + Hospital
• Procedures: mostly C-Sections and inductions with an occasional elective procedure. General OBGYN
• EMR: Meditech
• Other Information: Level 1 Nursery - Don't deliver prior to 36 weeks. Fly out high risk, No VBACs, 13% C-section rate
• 15 deliveries a month facility-wide on average, but the FMOBs deliver their own. Very little callback - It will not be busy
• Requirements: BC/Truly BE

• Location: 2hr Northeast of Billings, MT
• Schedule: Roughly eight (8) 24-hour shifts and two (2) 8-hour clinic shifts Need coverage on 7/15- 7/23 (will offer additional dates in the future. -Vacation coverage)
• Setting: Clinic + Hospital
• Procedures: ER Coverage, inpatient consults, laparoscopy, D&C, routine and complex prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, pregnancy management, C-section, clinic patient and patient follow-up while on site
• EMR: Epic
• Other Information: 190 deliveries per year; Average # of patients on call varies, clinic 5-10 per shift

• Schedule: Clinic…Mon-Fri 8a-5p + Call (1/2 weeks/month minimum)

• Other Information: 250 deliveries per year

• Location: Southwest of Indianapolis, IN
• Schedule: 4 clinic days and 1 surgery day
• Setting: Clinic + Hospital
• Procedures: Bread and Butter OBGYN
• EMR: Athena in Clinic and CPSI Hospital
• Other Information: 25-bed crit access hospital; 70 deliveries per month Surrounded by college towns
• Requirements: BC/Truly BE

Indiana[IN license OR IMLC accepted]:

• Location: South of Terre Haute (on the IN/IL border)
• Schedule: 24-hour hotel call, Flexible scheduling options: 7 on 7 off, 1-2 weeks/month, etc. Weekday coverage is specifically needed
• Call: 0-10 patients seen per day; Admissions 0-5
• Setting: Clinic + Hospital
• Procedures: Low-risk pregnancy High-risk pregnancy FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation Level I/Screening (viability) Level II/Targeted (anatomic) Amniocentesis Routine delivery Vaginal Low forceps Decision-making for c-section Complicated delivery C-section Breech Multiple births Abruptions VBAC's Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology - Open Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
