Hospital is looking for a locum OB/GYN to help with coverage for emergent GYN and OB deliveries
- Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call Trauma Level III
- FTE: 2.0
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: GYN Emergencies, Obstetrics including C-section.
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: RN
- Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage
- Census: Patient population, Adolescent, Adult;
- Number of beds, 8;
- Admissions, 1 per day
- Do they have in-house anesthesia? Yes
- Number of deliveries per month? 30
- Is this covering an OB/GYN practice, backing up family practice or midwives? Yes for family practice, no midwives
Qualifications
Active CO license - REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission)
Active DEA - REQUIRED
Must state # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team - REQUIRED
Must be willing and able to work 24 hour shifts - REQUIRED
OB/GYN Residency - REQUIRED
Working Hours
Site is looking for an August and/or October start
Average worked Callback Hours: 5.60
24 hour call (7a-7a)
