- Setting: Clinic, L&D, Surgery
- FTE: 1.0
- Duties: Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, City Call, CNM Back Up
- Required Procedures: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site
- Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation
- Board Certified – Required
- NE License – Required or IMLC (can obtain a license if eligible for the LT NE license to expedite start date)
- DEA – Required
