**Locums OBGYN - Olympia, WA** *Cover office, surgery, call **Coverage** - Start: ASAP - End: Ongoing - Site is looking to back fill until replacement provider is hired. - Looking for someone with several months to commit and can work 2-4 weeks per month. **Position Details** - Clinic + call - Outpatient, inpatient - Admissions required - 20 beds in dept - Clinic M-F Days, Surgery, Call - Orientation will be M-F first week - 9-14 avg births/month - Clinic 18-20 patients per day - Hospital employed Anesthesiologist, CRNA's anesthesia - CNM's first call **Call Details** - Beeper, 20 min response - Ratio 1:4 - 30% call back - 2-4 consults, 2-4 patients seen, 2-4 admissions **Facility Details** - Epic - Trauma lvl 1 - Support staff includes: MD, CNM, PA, ARNP, RN, LPN, MA **Requirements** - BC - Active WA license - ACLS, BLS, PALS **Skills Required** Low risk pregnancy FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation: Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic) Routine delivery: Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section Complicated delivery: C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology - Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
