**Specialty Skills Required**
- Low and high-risk pregnancy management, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB Ultrasounds (Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening, Level II/Targeted), amniocentesis, routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations.
- Office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.), surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures, and major operative procedures.
**Additional Information**
- 1 weekend per month to start, with potential for additional coverage.
- Weekdays coverage is from 7 PM to 7 AM, where providers would round on their own patients.
- Weekend shifts can range from 12-24 hours, with a maximum from Friday 5 PM to Monday 7 AM.
- During weekends, only the call physician rounds on all patients.
- This position may also involve covering the ER and could result in occasional D&C, management of ectopic pregnancy, emergent GYN surgery, or GYN readmits, though these are not frequent occurrences.
