- June 7-8, ending June 9 (a)
- June 22-24, ending June 25 (a)
- July 17, ending July 18 (a)
- July 25, ending July 26 (a)
- 24-hour call (7a-7a)
- Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call Trauma Level III
- FTE: 2.0
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: GYN Emergencies, Obstetrics including c-section
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: RN
- Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage
- EMR: EPIC
- Board Certified OB/GYN – Required
- DEA – Required
- Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission)
