- Schedule: Schedule Clinic Hours + Call
- Admissions Required
- Patients Per Shift: 25
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, ABLS – Required
- Board Certified Required
- EMR: Cerner
- Prefer IN licensed providers only
- Call response Time Required: 30 minutes
- Call Type: Beeper
- Phone Consults: 1 – 2
- Clinic schedule - Monday is no clinic (Surgery day), Tuesday 8:30-11:00AM, Wednesday 8:30- 4:30, Thursday 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30- 11 AM
- On average we are at about 25 patients on a full day. The Locum will be the primary contact at night
- 8A -5 PM
- Patients are seen on average: 12
- Support Staff 4-5
- On-call average patient volume/consult: 1 - 2 deliveries / week
- Number of deliveries/year: 100
