Cross Country Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Obstetrical Gynecologic Physician to help with an ongoing coverage need in MI.

• Dates Needed: Full time coverage. Will consider 2 weeks on/off.
• Starting: August, ongoing
• Schedule: Clinic and Call: 24 hour call and half day Clinic 3-4 days per week.
• Worksite Setting: Hospital and Clinic
• Annual deliveries: 280-300
• Scope of Work: low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR Interpretation, OB Ultra sounds for Performance of Interpretation for level 1 Screen (viability) and Level II (anatomic), Amniocentesis preferred; Routine delivery Vaginal; low forceps (preferred); Decision making for c-section, complicated delivery (c-section) preferred; Breech (required); Multiple births (preferred)Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations (preferred), 30 minute response time for beeper call.
• Optional: General elective surgical cases.
• Average per shift: Phone consults average 3 per shift with 3 patients seen and 3 admissions.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MI license, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, BC
• EMR: Athena for Clinic/ Meditech for hospital OBIX on the unit
• Travel, Lodging, and A++ Malpractice Insurance Provided
