Practice Overview:
- Join an established practice with a premier, faith-based health system
- State of the art hospital and clinic, newly built in 2014
- Fully staffed at 7 OBGYNs
- Over 1,000 deliveries annually
- No NICU
- Average 16 clinic patients per day
- Pick your schedule – Can consider as little as 2 days per week – Great quality of life
- OB Hospitalist group provides call coverage – Clinic call only
Compensation and Benefits:
- 370K base salary plus production (for ful-ltime)
- RVU rate: 48.33 (current docs average 10K) – Demonstrated income over 480K
- Comprehensive benefits
- PTO: 23 Days
- CE Allowance: 5K per year
- 401K with match
- Relocation assistance: 10K
- Loan assistance or sign on bonus available

- Illinois – Less than 2 hours from Chicago, 400K plus
- North Carolina - $80,000 sign on bonus, near coast, join 2 others, big productivity
- North Carolina – solo practice with 1:3 call support, all referrals, between Jacksonville and Fayetteville, NC
- Pennsylvania – Poconos Mountains, 1:3 secondary hospital call, 4-day work week, quality of life
