OB/GYN Needed in Coastal North Carolina!

Coverage needed as soon as credentialed. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled call for orientation.
Clinic Coverage - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. 8:30 4:30 - Clinic provider needs to be willing to take call as well.

Call coverage needed - **NOTE**
Will accept a provider for call only dates.

September
Friday 9/6 at 7am – Monday 9/9 at 7am
Friday 9/20 at 7am – Monday 9/23 at 7am
Thursday 9/26 at 7am – Monday 9/30 at 7am

October
Friday 10/4 at 7am – Monday 10/7 at 7am
Friday 10/18 at 7am – Monday 10/21 at 7am
Tuesday 10/29 at 7am – Monday 11/4 at 7am

Job Details:
Inpatient & Outpatient
Call, Nights, & Weekends
Call 7-10 calls a month
Average Total Inpatient Census: 3-4
Approx 3-4 Labor and Delivery
Average # of patients/day/provider: 16-20
Average # admissions/1-2
Average # admissions/night 2-3
No ICU/Critical Care Duties
LT responds to codes
NRP, BLS, ACLS required from AHA
Call shared with 2 other providers

Procedures:
OB/GYN procedures if called to ER, C-sections, Vaginal deliveries

In office procedures: LEEP, Colposcopy, Endometrial Biopsies

Hospital Information:
24/7 pediatric hospitalist available
26 Critical Bed Hospital w/ 6 designated psych beds
4 bed convenient care staffed by one APP and a RN or paramedic
3 OR
Anesthesiologist
Onsite Radiologist
24-hour Laboratory Availability
Air and Ground Support to immediately transfer patients
