An OB/GYN practice in the Palouse Region of Eastern WA/ Northern ID are seeking another OB/GYN to join their team. This practice prioritizes work/life balance with a call schedule of 1:5 and a 4-day work week.
This is a lucrative opening offering income into the $500-600K range through a combination of base salary, call pay, and incentives.
The Position:
• 180-bed hospital averages 600 deliveries per year
• Practice alongside 2 OB/GYN's, 5 Midwives, and1 WHNP - Midwives share in call/deliveries
• Schedule of 3 clinic days per week and 1 GYN surgery day per week
• Option to utilize a da Vinci Robot
• Compensation includes a Base Salary up to $450K with incentives into the $500-600K range
• Sign-on package up over $100K, Relocation, Student Loan Repayment, Full Benefits + PTO, and Retirement match
The Community:
• Medium-sized community of 60k people is less 2 hours to Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID
• Regional airport offers daily flights to Seattle and Salt Lake City
• Outdoor paradise with almost any outdoor sport available within minutes, including biking, hiking, skiing, kayaking, hunting, fishing, camping, golfing and much more
• Moderate 4 season climate with comfortable summers and mild winters
