We are excited to extend an invitation to join our team for a locum-to-perm opening in Mason City, IA. We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Laborist for our client who can provide coverage on an as-needed basis.
Here are the details:
Position: Locum to Perm OB/GYN Laborist
Location: Mason City, IA
Coverage: As-needed, ongoing basis
Schedule: 24-hour call (7:00 am - 7:00 am), no clinic coverage needed
Purpose: Supplemental help with call coverage to allow practice to focus on clinic duties
Practice Details:
Currently, three physicians in practice
No Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage
Approximately 30% of the practice is high-risk pregnancy
EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level: III
Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 6-8 weeks

Qualifications
BC/BE
ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certifications
Updated CV with mm/yyyy format
Clean malpractice/background history
Must be available to provide consistent coverage, including weekends !

Current openings needing covered: (Call shifts are 7am to 7am the following day with weekends being Saturday 7am to Monday 7am)--can potentially offer flexibility around the dates below. the perms would be open to switching around their call schedule to take the help any potential locum can offer!
