Job Summary:
Methodist Healthcare is recruiting OB Hospitalists to join a large practice in San Antonio, Texas.Position Details:
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology with a minimum of three years experience
- Opportunity to work collaboratively with local obstetricians
- Texas medical license, or eligible for Texas licensure

- 378 bed facility with 12 operating suites, and a dedicated building to mothers and their babies; the Suzell Waller Women’s Pavilion.
- Suzell Waller Women's Pavilion: Features seven antepartum beds, 16 labor and delivery suites, 35 postpartum rooms and 16 NICU beds. Dedicated entrance and OB emergency department. Our Women’s Pavilion also has been designated as a Level III NICU and Maternal Care facility.
- Average of 4,000+ babies delivered annually at the only facility in downtown San Antonio that is completely dedicated to the health of women and their newborn babies. Methodist Hospital Metropolitan has been offering quality care to patients from San Antonio for more than 50 years.
