- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - March 1, 2025
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, at least 1-2 weeks per month + share in call. Flexible with call schedule.
- Worksite Setting: Clinic and hospital

- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: AK license, but willing to look at providers who need to be licensed. BC, fellowship required
