- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. 1 weekend per month to start. During the week, this would be 7P to 7A. Weekday mornings, providers would round on their own patients. Weekends can be 12-24 hour shifts, or longer if desired, max would be Fri 5PM to Monday 7AM. On Sat and Sun AM, only the call physician rounds on all patients. This would also involve covering the ER, and might result in an occasional D&C, management of ectopic, emergent GYN surgery, GYN readmit, though this is not a frequent occurrence. There are an average of 1500 deliveries per year, 15 patients per shift, and 18 beds in the department.
