Requirements

• Active IN License - Highly Preferred
• Board Certified - AOBOG
• Maternal and Fetal Medicine Fellowship
• Epic knowledge - Preferred
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP
• Clean background - Preferred
• Local providers within driving distance - Highly Preferred
